Current Hog Leases
We have 3 tracts, 700, 800, & 1000 acres. This is a 20,000 acre tract with smaller parcels subdivided within it. $1500 for a membership. $12 an acre for a lease. Some of the property has not been leased the last couple of years. I have been hunting all my life and leasing hunting tracts for the last 4 years and have never seen as much deer, turkey, and hogs on any other property as this one. The property is located in Taylor county, Shady Grove, Fl. close to the Madison County line. 12 miles north of Perry. I can show the property at anytime. You cannot camp on the 20,000 acres but there is RV hook ups, houses, and mobile homes to rent nearby and a motel is only 12 miles away.
